The most dangerous thing about guns isn’t the guns or even the people behind them. It’s ignorance. Do something for gun safety. Train how to use them safely. Read and educate yourself. Know what to do with them properly and the right place to do so. You don’t need a semiautomatic rifle like an M16 for home safety–that puts others at higher risk. And those taking such arms on other people–that’s the most ignorant. They don’t even understand the value of life. The question then becomes why? What occupies space in the mind of a killer? Most of the time, delusions from political/religious brainwashing combined with negative emotions like fear and anger, and something they intend to gain. Could it be notoriety or even fame? Media coverage encourages copycats. And copycat killers seek some kind of benefit. Wanna change things? Go to the root of anger and fear. And find the highest intent of any and all resistance. Because you can reach that without the need for anger and fear. You can step into your full power as source, replacing these with love and compassion. And there ain’t no politics or religion needed for you to care about people. Caring is for life.
