When you see your power occupied by anything you perceive to be external, whether physical or not, you’re creating a channel with which your energy can flow. And what if that same channel can be used to get your power back?

It’s simply a reversal of the ‘polarity’ of your thoughts.
Don’t see things as something you need to give energy to. Instead what is the lesson to gain in every interaction?
