What people say or even think about you is none of your business. What you think of yourself however, and the words you say to yourself in your own internal dialog are.

What others say might mirror something, like insecurities or praise. But it’s just the universe offering a suggestion. A reflection in the pond.

What you say to yourself directly affects your strengths or insecurities. It feeds one or the other. It focuses your subconscious mind on whatever it is your attention goes to. And that tells the subconscious to find more of that. So maybe if your narrative of yourself is harsh, that’s why you see that reflected from others too.

The moment you take personal responsibility for your self talk and your feelings and stop blaming others is the moment where you heal yourself.

And taking responsibility for yourself is NOT blaming yourself.

You transform your internal language and you transcend your karma.

Because you’re taking action for yourself. Do that.

Listen to yourself. Your inner self wants you to grow. Do that. And love yourself through it.
