Shout out to you for making it through today and every new day from here. It took a lot to be you from the younger you, and now all of your cells are new. For every new regeneration of your cells, your identity is reimprinted for the new cells. So you remain who you are. Without having to be identified with what you did in the past. Yea you read that right.
You are free of the image you thought yourself to be.
What happens next will liberate you. Because sense of self is more than just you. It’s a tool to give you ways of seeing you. Witnessing you.
You can sense yourself from within the human constraint. And you can go beyond, seeing yourself as if you’re looking at yourself. Which is the self? Who you’re observing or the observer? How many ways can you now see your life? Can you see it as part of your community? Can you see it as part of evolution? Do you see beyond time and its cycles? Do you see beyond duality? Beyond space?
What vantage point are you seeing yourself from now? What if the point expands to all points?
What is self? Each new generation of cells? Each new generation of stars? Galaxies? The matrix of parallel universes?
You are you. And there’s no need to define you. When you let go of who you thought yourself to be, you become more than that.
