Positivity is contagious.
I AM so grateful to be in the presence of so many other enlightened souls helping to spread positivity and helping people heal their traumas and pain.
And just like social media’s algorithms show you more of what you like, your subconscious mind is already doing that for you. Your attention becomes your intention, and your mind automatically will show you more of what you focus on.
But there’s a dark side of positivity.
If you’re focused on positivity so much so that you push away from negativity, you can do more harm than good.
Think of positivity as the result you get from acknowledging negativity. From sitting with your feelings – good or bad – with no judgment. From giving them a voice and a safe space with which to express themselves…
You see, negativity is there because you’re feeling something. It’s important to safely honor what you feel. Judging and pushing away only serve to send the learnings back into hiding.
Here’s how you get the gifts… Not by ignoring what you or anyone else thinks is bad. Instead, let yourself process your feelings. That is the true purpose of ego – for you to heal.
So let yourself be negative if you wanna be. It’s ok. It’s how you get through. It’s how we all do. And know that you are infinitely supported dear ones.
