You are allowed to choose what’s best for you in that moment. And you don’t have to ask permission…
Because it is within you. Your choice determines whether you react or how you respond to any given situation. You’re not controlling what’s happening outside of you. Nobody does (they only think they do). You’re simply allowing that to reflect back to you something that is within.
When you pay attention to what’s reflected back to you and why it either triggers or empowers you, you are reaching new levels of consciousness badassery. It’s your choice to go there or not.
Choose love, and you’ll always go higher. Yes, always.
