Think enlightenment isn’t getting angry or sad? If so, what truth are you hiding from yourself about your own emotions? Your belief is a window to your behavior. Blocking only delays the inevitable. Flowing is the natural way. It’s ok to be angry. It’s ok to be sad. It’s ok to feel lonely. It’s ok. It doesn’t mean you’re being prepared for something else. It means you’re learning to flow. That’s what enlightenment is. Flow.
