Some fear might be healthy–to show you when you’re stepping out of your comfort zone.

It’s ok to be scared to advance to that next level of you. You’ve been you for so long, after all. And think of what you’ve gained on your journey so far…

How has fear positively served you?

What was the absolute highest intent of fear and how it served you in the past up until now?

Now ask yourself, if you had everything on the list of how fear (or resistance to letting go of fear) has positively served you, up to and including the highest intent, would you be willing to step outside of your comfort zone and into a greater version of you?

It’s not about being fearless.

It’s about embracing the fear you’ve experienced in the past up until now, loving it, giving it a voice, and using it to serve your growth.

So go big. Go ridiculously big! If you’re not scared, are you going big enough?
