Blunt Force Truth: The problem is that you think it’s the other person.

So the solution then becomes you. You must first work on yourself so you can present the best version of you. Because if you don’t, you’re only going to get reflected back to you what you are embodying.

That can be good or bad. It’s actually neutral in that way, and a tool that you can use to design your own life.

So choose. Do you wanna keep thinking it’s the other person and keep looking through the same patterns with the same bullshit being reelected back to you because you’re resistant to doing the work or hesitating to start?

Or do you wanna take full responsibility for your feelings and not have anyone else in control of how you feel?

Take the power back.

When you make it about the other, you give your power away. So yea, this seems like a no brainer.
