Don’t meditate to be in silence. Do it to enable every single thing–sound, thought and action–to make you even more aware. Don’t meditate to be spiritual–do it to open yourself to infinite possibilities of what you want to accomplish right here and now!

Do it just to be aware and open.

And breathe…

It’s about relaxing the body and mind to get into the brainwaves that allow you to access and alter your subconscious programming code. Yea, you can literally reprogram yourself for good! You can wire all new neural pathways in your brain simply by finding and removing old limiting programs and replacing with positive empowering programs!

And yes, stillness and silence will just come naturally, as you access your core programming. Your spiritual growth just happens. Your brain’s active re-creation of all new neural pathways just happens automatically.

With lots of other added benefits.

Like peace of mind. Surrender. Self love and total acceptance of the self. And what’s not to love about that?

But don’t meditate to achieve any of that, or even enlightenment. Meditate for no reason at all.
