What this means is to make affirmations in the positive.
When you say something, the subconscious is translating your internal dialog into the programming language that tells the universe what you are going to attract.
So if you say, for example, you don’t do drama (lol me), what you’re actually telling the universe is ‘drama.’ And that’s what you are attracting.
So knowing this one thing helps you get through the fake positivity into seeing and attracting what’s real. And that’s why they call it affirmative!
