You’ll keep seeing through the eyes of your unhealed self until you break your bond with the thing you used to think was a problem.

And that’s as simple as shifting your language and as powerful as complete transcendence of anything that used to be a problem.

First, stop saying ‘I am’ to things you don’t want to be and ‘I have’ to conditions or someone else’s diagnoses.

The rest is as simple as shifting your perceptual position when the memories come up. Don’t go back in time to see the problem through your eyes. Heal the problem by disconnecting from the emotional charge. You won’t have to change any of the events, but the way you respond to everything changes when you do this one thing.

Really, it’s just as easy as proclaiming that you are not your problems. It’s just something you experienced temporarily, isn’t it?
