Belief creates your reality by opening yourself up to even more of the infinite possibilities available to you in any given moment. But disbelief doesn’t have the same effect.
You just can’t uncreate.
Disbelief blinds you from reality. And it comes from a cognitive bias that deletes information when it conflicts with a system of beliefs.
You’ll see that bias when people are presented with unmistakable hard facts and solid evidence yet still try to find reasons to invalidate that which is proven to be true.
Must be a lot of work to do that, so understand where they are coming from–with compassion–when someone chooses to ignore the truth.
They don’t need convincing.
They don’t want facts.
They want to shield themselves from that because of a deep-down fear or resistance of accepting something that may conflict with their beliefs.
So give compassion instead of arguments.
Thank you. It is done. It is done. It is done.
