When you judge the foods you or others eat, your body listens. Your body translates lower frequencies in your body using chemical signals in the form of hormones, sending the message your body: ‘not good enough.’ Or worse. Your food sends these signals to your body based on your beliefs.

And when you love the foods you eat, your body listens. Now your body send signals of love and happy hormones all throughout your body.

Discernment, not judgment.

Simply, make the choices that are best for you based on what you and your body desires at the moment. Allow others to do the same for themselves.

And just love yourself!

Because what you eat becomes a part of you just as much as what you believe becomes part of you.
