The process of becoming your true essence is a lot like erosion. Just as natural as Earth’s processes, erosion tears away multiple layers of rock–everything you’ve thought to be written in stone. Everything breaks down and is washed away. As destructive as that can be, you shift your focus not on what is lost, but that of emptiness. The old paradigms, perceptions, and beliefs are purified as they enter the ocean that accepts everything as is with no judgment.
And what is left behind becomes a beautiful landscape with mountains and valleys carved out and full of life.
When you shift your perception you become one consciousness with this life. You see not only through your own eyes, but through the eyes of another. You are infinitely connected to all forms. See through the eyes of an eagle from miles above, seeing every little detail. Infinitely connected.
You are one with this planet. This universe.
So let the old beliefs that no longer serves you erode and embrace the beauty that is carved out from washing them away.
