Wanna know how powerful human perception is in defining one’s own world? And travel back in time?

Sometimes, we allow ourselves to adopt someone else’s perception. Their biases. Their limiting beliefs. And as long as you agree to it, you allow it to influence your reality…

Here’s how to check if it’s your reality or someone else’s. Fill in the blank: The root of all suffering is ___________.

If you said desire, you’ve likely adopted this belief, one that belonged to the Buddha, who was forming his own perceptions based on what he was going through at the time. Because he didn’t have to desire anything when he was taken care of in his palace, he didn’t desire much, did he? Until he sought to understand suffering. So it made sense that having no desires and having everything was the polar opposite of having suffering and having desires.

And a limiting belief was created by complex equivalence.

He had to assume that desire would come from a place of not having. That’s The limiting belief.

That’s in the past now.

The truth is you can desire without attachment to having something. You do so by embodying your desires within.

If you ever feel suffering, from whatever it is you are going through in that moment, it is NOT because you desire something else unless it is from a place of lack.

Universe hack: You CAN desire and feel less suffering. Because whatever you need is already within you. Your subconscious is just waiting for you to be ready to show you.

So ditch other peoples’ limiting beliefs.

You are allowed to desire.
