Science says yes!
Because everything we observe is simply the most likely outcome or combination of outcomes out of infinite possibilities. In quantum mechanics, for an object to go from one point to another, it must take all possible paths at once. The path you observe is based on your perception at the time. Specifically, how your subconscious mind filters through the possibilities to show you what matches your underlying beliefs and programs.
So if we apply this principle to the universe, we see that all possible universes exist as one.
Every choice you make aligns you with a parallel universe with the outcome of that decision.
So turning the LHC back on and successfully testing it put us in the universe where it was turned on and successfully tested, eliminating other less likely possibilities from the collective human perception.
