You were taught about light wrong. And that’s ok.

Because that gives you a chance to discover something new again…

Mirrors don’t reflect a beam of photons. When photons strike a reflective surface, they are absorbed by the electron fields of the surface’s atoms. You were probably also taught that an electron is a particle orbiting a nucleus — it is in fact not. An election is a field, more like the Earth’s magnetic field. The photon energizes this field, and then when the field returns to its original state, it lets off another photon. A new photon.

The photons from the reflective surface join all the other photons that your eyes detect from all directions. But your eyeball doesn’t project an image on your retina like you were taught. The retina simply reads energy coming from all directions and converts photons into neural signals. Then the image of what you see is created from within the mind. From everything reflecting around you to what you see within.

So the fact that you can see yourself in the mirror is quite the miracle. It’s simply the image created in your mind from photons literally coming from every direction.

Everything is a reflection from within.

Because science.
