That’s why the “news” uses alerts in their music, graphics, and sensationalism. It’s to create tension so your breathing gets quicker. That can influence you toward emotional states that make you more programmable, all while giving you the illusion you are being informed. The next step is to establish authority so you can be programmed to the opinion being broadcast, giving you the illusion of making up your own mind. That’s why it’s called “regularly scheduled programming.”

What if breathing can undo all the bullshit?

Shake that off and feel yourself taking deep breaths now. Breathe in the top of your lungs. Breathe in the very bottom of your lungs. Changing your breath allows you to access your higher resource states. And there are ways to make breath patterns that allow you to enter your own subconscious mind where you can deprogram all of the stuff other people put there.
