Are we alone in the universe? We have detected Earth-like planets, but have yet to confirm extraterrestrial life.

Comets have water and the building blocks of life. We’ve discovered water on planets, planetoids, and moons in our own solar system. Even oceans worth of water from our Earth’s mantle.
And space is filled with these building blocks everywhere we look.
But even if our technology isn’t advanced enough yet to detect life, there’s another way.
Go within.
Beneath the vibration of your heartbeat there is a stillness in the mind. Your thoughts encircle this core, flowing with emotions and feelings.
Just observe the flow.
Don’t fight it.
Don’t try to silence the mind.
Just witness.
Doing so takes you into your essence–pure stillness.
This is where you are connected to everything in the multiverse, past, present, and future.
Every single possibility of infinity.
When you can access your own stillness within, you feel a love so incredibly strong for everything and a knowing that everything is absolutely perfect exactly as it is.
So a better question would be, knowing that this universal love permeates every bit of your presence, how could you possibly ever feel alone in this universe that’s absolutely perfect to create life?
You don’t have to look for life.
Life finds you.
And what you do with your life is completely up to you.
