Omniversal Law: People reach out for help in only the way they best know how. Not the way you might want or even expect. Everyone codes the meaning of everything differently, according to their story, their perceptions, and their social programming.
Be open and aware to how someone communicates.
Their language might be different from yours. It might be more visual. Or more about feeling. Notice the subtleties.
And many, if not most of us, might have some form of resistance to asking for help in any way. But you know what?
Resistance may still be a way you give a voice to that part of you that is in pain.
Sometimes resistance is how you allow that part of you in pain to speak for itself. Sometimes resistance is how we reach out for help.
Because even when there’s fear, limiting beliefs, or anything blocking you from moving forward, you’re still allowing what you’re resistant of to speak.
Listen to her or him… That’s your inner child. Assure yourself that you’re only here to hear it out. Let this child know s/he is safe and protected. And just listen. You’ll find the highest intent behind what was only an obstruction in the past and be able to move beyond it by navigating the highest intent. It’ll just take you there.
When working with others, know that the voice of resistance is a voice we give to our need to process.
The timing of the process is of utmost importance.
Once you become aware, the subconscious automatically starts processing. That’s just how the subconscious works. It always brings up something when it knows you’re ready to process it. Yes, always.
So be mindful of the process that’s already in progress and let it play through free of interruption.
The metamorphosis of a butterfly cannot take place without the chrysalis enshrouding the fragile life throughout its transformation.
We all emerge when we’re ready, on our own time, in the ways only each of us know best.
That’s when it’s time to fly.
