In my previous post, I discussed why letting go is important – not only to our daily lives but for the universe as a whole. Now I am going to discuss how we let go. This is very powerful yet at the same time, very personal. It is a process that I find myself in, unfortunately. But now I realize that what I learn in this process can be shared for the highest and best good of all.
Love is complicated for many of us. Relationships are difficult. We put up barriers, limiting beliefs, past experiences, and all kinds of complications in the way. Step one is realizing that these complications exist in your mind only. It is a reality you create for yourself based on your own perception of limitations. Look to the heart of the matter and learn to communicate in ways where you are better understood. Look to yourself and realize how many of your blocks aren’t real at all. Let go in this process.
This is surrender. It does not mean you give up. It does not mean you lose. It means you trust in the divine guidance of your higher self in alignment with the universe for the outcome to manifest itself for the highest and best good. It puts hurt feelings at ease. It is healing! In my case, my wife was taken away by a so-called friend that I actually confided in for help with our problems. He uses her and there’s nothing I can do about it. Until I learned what it means to surrender.
By surrendering, I found myself dissolving into the consciousness of the universe. I felt the love that I have and the services that I did in the name of love. And I realized I did a lot without expecting anything in return. Yes, it hurt to see that my partner did not love me the way I loved her, but it showed me a very important lesson. I am that love! This is our true nature without the blocks we construct for ourselves. And I am confident that the love I am well be accepted by another who will receive it and reciprocate for our highest and best good. This relationship had to come together and end for Crystal and I to be able to go separate ways and blossom. We both had “sacred contracts” we fulfilled. But it still hurts every moment of every day.
The second step deals with the grief and the sorrow we all feel when something bad happens. This is forgiveness. Forgiveness doesn’t mean the other people were right. It doesn’t mean you approve of what happened in any way. It means you detach from the harmful feelings, regrets, and resentment towards them. It makes you free. It prevents and clears emotional blocks that were constructed in your subconscious mind at the time you were hurt. Every time this pain comes up, I forgive those that hurt me. In doing so, I am free. I am no longer responsible for how they feel towards me.
Forgiveness is a two-sided coin, and realizing this step gives it even more value: Self-forgiveness is just as important. I know I wasn’t perfect in my relationship, and I certainly was not the victim all the time. All of my own emotional blocks came up as well, and I had to deal with my own depression, anger, and communication problems. These determined how I reacted, like a blue print my subconscious had made to follow. Not anymore!
Now I have the real power. I learned to forgive myself. You see, forgiving others is only half of the process. You can look at yourself in the mirror, and no matter what the circumstances were, forgive yourself. It’s the first step to my Secrets of Success series of articles that I wrote this summer. It’s the first step towards staying over.
So, by letting go, we release our blocks through the process of surrender, and we release our hurt feelings by forgiving those who hurt us. When we forgive ourselves, we create the space for the universe to fill us with love and abundance, and we start a new life on a new path of success. In two simple steps, you can let go. You can create anew.
In doing so, I know that I will find love again, and with the tools I have learned and shared with you, I know she well be the happiest she’s ever been! And this freedom I receive creates the space for success with my book, Grand Slam Theory of the Omniverse. I felt the energy well received by others at my book signing in Miami last weekend, and I am eternally grateful for all of those working on my behalf. And I’m thankful for the space created in the universe for more abundance and love as I continue on this path with new books (yes, BOOKS), presentations, webinars, and workshops.
Thank you so much for reading and sharing the infinite knowledge! For information on my books, go to grandslamtheory.com and follow facebook/grandslamtheory. Grand Slam Theory of the Omniverse is available at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other online retailers. Soon it will be distributed to as many local and indie bookstores I can find. Dear universe, I’m ready!
=D
I am the universe. I am love. I am enough. I am whole. It is done. It is done. It is done.
