I was told once that the universe was made of love.  It is our journey to discover that we are part of the universe as a whole, but how do we see it ourselves?  We see it as separate pieces of a puzzle.  Galaxies, black holes, stars, planets, species, personalities, it seems as if everything is different.  But when we feel the love, we realize that it is more than just ourselves in this universe.  Love is the realization that something other than oneself is real. This is why we feel love, because we learn our surroundings.  Surrender is when we acknowledge that we are part of the whole.  Our knowledge that we gain and our love that we give are what define us.  This is the ultimate realization – that we are an integral part of something other than ourselves!
